Development
Gateway's Petersberg Prize
On behalf
of the Development Gateway Foundation, CRTD-A is happy
to announce and introduce the Petersberg Prize while
calling for your active participation in this initiative.
The
Petersberg Prize is an award programme that honors
an individual or organization for their outstanding
achievement in the field of ICT for development,
to effectively improve people's lives in developing
nations, in the last 10 years.
We would like to invite you to nominate
your candidate for this prize worth 100,000 Euros.
The
prize will be awarded at the next Development Gateway
forum scheduled to be held in mid-2004. Nominations
are due by February
1, 2004.
We
would like to draw your attention that finalists for
the award will be featuring on the Development Gateway
portal to advance understanding of their work and contributions.
