Beit El Atfal  Aims and Objectives Care and rehabilitate children with special needs (mental), discover their capacities, upgrade and develop them on different levels (mental, psychological, etc.), help their social reinsertion in their environment / communities, as well as train their parents and influence them to help the child enjoy his / her rights and for them to fulfill their responsibilities towards them. The center also works with mothers of disabled children, guiding them through different effective ways of dealing with the disabilities.
