national systems of accounting; targeting rural women in
projects; emphasizing the participation of women in food
production and food security; targeting people with disability
and elderly people

protection: implementing and monitoring laws and legislation
pertaining to environmental protection; limiting pollution;
increasing the rate of participation of women in planning and
increasing awareness and training and achieving a balance
between population growth and natural resources and supporting
family planning

of awareness; raising the level of participation of women
